Terms And Conditions
Agreement
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the rental of vehicles from Belhasa Rental Cars (“Belhasa”). By renting a vehicle from Belhasa, you (“Renter”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
Renter must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license issued by a recognized authority.
Renter must present a valid credit card in their name for security deposit and payment purposes.
Renter must provide proof of insurance (if applicable).
Rental Period & Rates
Rental period begins and ends at the specified times on the rental agreement.
Rental rates are based on the type of vehicle, rental period, and any applicable surcharges.
Late returns will incur additional charges as per the late return policy.
Vehicle Condition
Renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.
Renter agrees to report any existing damage to the vehicle on the rental agreement.
Renter is liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by negligence or misuse.
Insurance
Full Comprehensive insurance coverage is included in the rental rate.
Additional insurance options may be available for purchase, such as collision damage waiver (CDW) and personal accident insurance.
Renter is responsible to pay AED: 1,500/if the Renter is on fault or any damages not covered by insurance.
Security Deposit
Renter is responsible to pay AED: 1,500/against traffic violations or accident due to the negligence of the Renter.
Fuel Policy
Vehicle shall be returned with the same fuel level as received, or a fuel charge will be applied.
Renter is responsible for any fuel costs incurred during the rental period.
Traffic Violations
Renter is solely responsible for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period.
Traffic fines will be charged to the credit card on file.
Accidents
In case of an accident, Renter must immediately notify Belhasa Rental Cars.
Renter must cooperate fully with any investigations related to the accident.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the rental vehicle.
Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee.
Towing & Recovery
In case of vehicle breakdown or accident, towing and recovery services may be arranged at Renter’s expense.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the rental agreement.
Fees may apply for cancellations made within the cancellation window.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
Disclaimer
Belhasa Rental Cars shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the use or operation of the rental vehicle.
This disclaimer does not limit Belhasa’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Amendments
Belhasa Rental Cars reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Renter and Belhasa Rental Cars with respect to the rental of the vehicle.
