What is the valid driving license to rent a car with us?

1) For UAE resident – A valid UAE Driving License even one day old is acceptable.
2) For Visitors – A Valid GCC / international driving license.

Anyone other than me can drive the car?

Yes. An additional driver can be added by a minimum charge. Customer should declare the additional driver and submit the documents such as passport and valid driving license.

What is the policy in case of accident?

In case of vehicle met with an accident, you need to call the police (999) and need to obtain a police report. Once receive the police report, need to call us for the replacement.

It is the hirer’s responsibility to provide a complete police report. If the driver fail to provide the police report, no claim can be made against the insurance policy; therefore the client is liable to pay for the full cost of repair even if CDW cover has been taken.

Can I drive the car outside UAE?

NO. Rental car is not permitted to drive outside UAE. Renters can maximum take the vehicle to OMAN only by taking prior approval and NOC by BHRC.

Who is eligible to take Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)?

Any Renters whose age is more than 25 years and having a valid UAE driving license which is minimum 6 months old or above..
